CUSTOMER’S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer resides in a country that is part of the European Union, he/she has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without stating any reasons. The fourteen (14) days run from the day on which the Customer, or another person on behalf of the Customer, takes possession of the ordered items.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to contact the managers of the Dante Cardini Jewellers in order to obtain the Return Authorization, which will be confirmed to you in writing by e-mail.
Should the Customer withdraw from the purchase contract, Dante Cardini Jewellers will refund the payments made, excluding shipping costs, in a timely manner and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which it receives the returned items.
The refund of payments made shall be processed using a bank transfer.
The Customer must return the items in a timely manner and in any case no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which he communicates to Gioielleria Dante Cardini his wish to withdraw from the contract. This term shall be deemed to have been respected if the Customer returns the items to Dante Cardini no later than the expiry of the fourteen (14) days. The Customer undertakes to bear the costs of returning the items and to follow the instructions set out below for their return.
The Customer shall be liable for any decrease in the value of the articles in the event of wear and tear due to use beyond the normal quality control and functional tests carried out on the articles. “Quality Control and Functional Tests” shall be understood as the usual checks carried out on the articles in a retail shop. Therefore, should the articles (or part of them) be damaged, Gioielleria Dante Cardini will deduct the cost necessary for their repair or the RETURN PROCEDURE.
Items purchased through the website or by phone can be returned to the following address: Gioielleria Dante Cardini Ponte Vecchio, 34 r, 50125, Florence, FI, Italy. For the sole purpose of simplifying the return procedure, we suggest the Customer follow the instructions below:
contact those responsible at the e-mail address email@example.com to inform the company of the decision to withdraw from the contract and request authorisation for the return.
Place the item(s), any accessories, the Item User Manual, the Certificate of Authenticity and the International Warranty (if applicable), as well as all other documents, in the original packaging and wrapping received.
Seal the packaging and contact your trusted courier for the return shipment. The address to write on the package is as follows: Gioielleria Dante Cardini- Ponte Vecchio, 34 r – 50125 – Firenze – Italia.
In case the Customer does not have a trusted courier to whom he/she can entrust the shipment, he/she can contact the Customer Service of Gioielleria Dante Cardini in order to have the contact details of the courier who carried out the delivery.
The cost of returning the items is always borne by the Customer.
The Customer is required to keep the proof of shipment of the returned item(s). Dante Cardini Jewellers does not accept any type of responsibility in the absence of the aforementioned proof.
Once it has received a returned article(s), Gioielleria Dante Cardini will proceed to verify that the article(s) comply with these Conditions of Sale.
Essential conditions for returning an article
Articles purchased via the Dante Cardini Jewellers website must be returned in their original condition and must not have been used.
Personalised items may not be returned either for exchange or for a refund.
The Customer must also return the original packaging and delivery package, including any accessories, the Article’s User Manual, the Certificate of Authenticity and the International Warranty (if applicable), as well as all other documents, with all protective materials in order and any labels and stickers attached to the articles. Otherwise, Dante Cardini Jewellers shall be entitled to retain the corresponding value from the refund granted to the Customer, or to refuse the return and send the item(s) back to the Customer. All returned items will be subject to D.Cardini’s strict Quality Control to ensure that the returned item(s) comply with the above requirements. If the returned item(s) meet the Quality Control, Gioielleria Dante Cardini will make a refund by issuing a credit note on the purchase invoice or will replace the item(s), as the case may be.
